Job Purpose:
The EV Assembly Technician will handle the complete knock-down (CKD) assembly of electric motorcycles, motor preparation, retro-fitting traditional motorcycles, and final quality checks before delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- CKD Assembly: Assemble electric motorcycles from CKD kits following technical guidelines.
- Motor Preparation: Install and test electric motors, ensuring performance and safety.
- Retro-fitting: Convert traditional motorcycles into electric, ensuring proper integration of systems.
- Material Preparation: Organize components and maintain stock levels.
- Final QC: Conduct quality checks and test rides of completed motorcycles.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues during assembly.
Ideal Candidate:
- Certificate in Automotive Mechanics or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in vehicle assembly (electric motorcycles preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and vehicle mechanics.
- Skilled in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-focused with exceptional service delivery.
