Position Summary

We are looking for dynamic and versatile marketing professionals to join our team as Marketing Manager and Marketing Staff. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing marketing activities, and managing a team to drive the company’s growth and brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee all marketing activities including advertising, social media, content creation, and public relations.
• Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and media.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns.
• Lead and support a team of marketing professionals.
• Create engaging content for social media, website, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with design and development teams for timely completion of marketing materials.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management.
• Passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail.
• Market analysis skills and understanding of the baby and kid product industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, CRM systems).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the baby and kid product industry or a similar B2C environment.
• Experience with digital marketing strategies.
