Ronald Mayinja Embroiled in Land Wrangle with Ex- Lover

Veteran Singer Ronald Mayinja is embroiled in a land wrangle with his ex- lover Joy Nagawa.

According to a Video clip cited by this website, Joy claims that she was in sceret affair with Ronald Mayinja back in 2022, and their rosery days , Mayinja gifted her a piece of land and the land ownership was subsequently transferred from Mayinja to her.

Later Mayinja requested Nagawa to acquire a loan of Ugx 75 million from the bank , using the land title as collateral security.
The two have been making repayments ,but there is still remaining loan balance of approximately Ugx 35 million.

Surprisingly when Mayinja returned back in the country from UK, he and his lawyers ordered Nagawa to return the land title to him despite it being held by the bank.

Nagawa now claims that she is in fear of her life as Mayinja threatens her to put her behind bars if she fails to return the land title back to him.

She further disclosed that she borrowed the singer Ugx 37 Million in the past as she expressed her intentions to return his land title ,but only once the bank loan is cleared and also returned the borrowed money.

Nagawa emphasised that she is no longer interested in any relationship with the singer , reasoning that Mayinja is not trustworthiness.

When Ronald Mayinja reached out about the allegations,he termed them as baseless which are aimed at damaging his image and name
