Overview:
As a PSR & HGO Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the feeding and growth of fish in our hatchery. Your primary focus will be on optimizing feeding practices to ensure the production of high-quality fingerlings. This position demands a deep understanding of fish behavior, water quality management, and effective communication with your team and other departments.
Key Duties:
- Quality & Quantity Management: Ensure optimal feeding practices for uniform fish growth and health. Maintain water quality and oversee fish weaning processes.
- Communication & Coordination: Coordinate with water quality, transfer teams, and data clerks. Assist other departments and verify equipment maintenance.
- Hardware Management: Oversee floaters and feed mixing equipment maintenance.
- Continuous Improvement: Support and develop the team, conduct refresher trainings, and assist in hatchery R&D.
- Compliance: Implement safety standards and Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) principles, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports and maintain inventory of consumables.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Fisheries & Aquaculture
- 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge in feeding practices, fish handling, team management
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to swim and work with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Overview:
The Outlet Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the outlet, driving customer satisfaction, meeting sales goals, and managing staff effectively. This role requires strong leadership skills and a focus on maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Duties:
- Customer Service: Ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain high standards of store appearance and product placement.
- Sales Management: Achieve sales goals by training and motivating staff. Handle customer orders, payments, and cash register functions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about fish products and ensure proper handling and processing.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage banking functions, inventory levels, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Process Improvement: Develop strategies to attract customers and enhance profitability. Address customer complaints and improve service processes.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and statutory regulations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail/bulk trade environment
- Strong leadership, customer management, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of working in a multicultural environment
- Organized, accurate, and able to meet tight deadlines
