Job Purpose:
You will be responsible for developing and leading strategies to drive business growth, enhance market presence, and achieve customer acquisition targets. Your work will be critical in building brand awareness and contributing to the company’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage lead conversion and nurture potential clients.
  • Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in fintech or financial services is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets.

Job Title: Legal Associate

Job Purpose:
The Legal Associate will represent clients, ensure legal compliance, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism at Mirembe & Co. Advocates, a Christian Law Firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court and ensure robust advocacy.
  • Draft and file essential legal documents accurately.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients about their cases.
  • Manage case documentation and maintain confidentiality.
  • Monitor legal deadlines and manage financial transactions related to client matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution.
  • 1-3 years of legal practice experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools.
