Position Summary
The Survey Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and management of research surveys, ensuring data quality and effective coordination among field teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop survey designs, including sampling strategies and questionnaires.
- Prepare work plans, schedules, and budgets for survey projects.
- Recruit, train, and supervise field staff.
- Coordinate logistics for fieldwork and monitor activities.
- Ensure data collection quality and resolve issues.
- Liaise with stakeholders and provide progress updates.
- Prepare and archive survey reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data confidentiality.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field; Master’s/PhD preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in coordinating research surveys.
- Strong project management skills, certification in Agile methodologies preferred.
- Proficiency in survey software (e.g., SurveyCTO) and statistical software (e.g., STATA, R, Python).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
