Kamwokya based radio station Capital FM has come out to issues a statement in regards to alleged intimate relations between it’s employee Lucky Mbabazi and her boss Peter Mungoma .
For days, gossip has been spreading tales of Lucky’s alleged rendezvous with her boss, Peter Mungoma, and hinting at a rocky romance with her partner, Patrick Kanyomozi.
The spark that ignited this juicy rumor was none other than a Twitter daredevil named Rahma Nakands. Rahma set the social media sphere ablaze with her claims that Lucky and her boss were sharing secret trysts in swanky city lodges to quench their insatiable “Kwepicha” cravings. Scandalous, right.
In a statement released by Capital Radio on 27 September 2023, suggests that allegations placed on their employees are baseless and false which ought to be deservedly dismissed with contempt.
Capital notes that it maintains a positive working environment for all its staff, conducting social events for employee interaction and teambuilding as is proved by the publicly available images.
The station also mentions that the allegations are aimed at misrepresenting its cordial and collegial environment.
Capital through its lawyers Lex Uganda Advocates and Solicitors are working tirelessly with the relevant law and order agencies to bring the offenders to account for the malicious statements and defamation of persons.
