Singer Joseph Mayanja alias Jose Chameleone has finally opened up on his feud with talents manager and event promoter Abitex Promotions.
For years these two have always been on loggerheads and at one time Abitex labelled Lenone Island CEO ‘ most disrespectful artist in Uganda’.
And of recent Abitex spit fire at Jose Chameleone and the entire Mayanja family as he warned not to dare attend or come closer at Clever J’s recently concluded concert at Lugogo cricket oval .
However, While performing at Sherton Hotel at legends concert , Chameleone stopped in the middle of his performance and spilled the beans as he opened up on why he will never be at good terms with Abitex come rain come sunshine with all issues being related to money terms that originate 20years back
The whole feud kick started when Abitex failed to clear up Jose Chameleone after hiring up for a music gig at Wonder World Amusement park ,Formerly Didis world in Kansanga.
Abitex was supposed to pay Chameleone 600,000 as his performance fee but he paid him ugx 400,000 in advance with the remaining balance to be cleared after the performance .
“I looked for Abitex and Emma serugo to pay me my balance ,not knowing they are hiding at Sheraton Hotel.20 years later things are still the same ” ,Jose Chameleone said in the video that is making rounds on social media.
However , responding to Chameleone’s remarks Abitex said that they had agreed 400k for the show ,which he paid to the latter.
