OFFICIAL STATEMENT
“Over the last five years, it has been an immense honour starting mornings with you on Morning at NTV, giving you lunch updates of the days’ stories and winding down the evening with the news in detail on NTV Tonight.
You have given me space to learn, grow and made me part of your home, the waiting area and between your schedules on your phone.
I have learned a great deal about the communities we report in and I’m proud to have served to bring their stories to the forefront of national news.
Last night, I anchored my last bulletin with NTV and will now work my last days with the Nation Media Group.
I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together and wish the very best to the hardworking team I leave behind in the newsroom.
I’ll start a new career journey in the coming month and I’m very excited for it.
