Kalifah Aganaga Faces Arrest Over Ugx 100M Debt

Renowned local dancehall singer Mukiibi Sadat popularly known as Kalifah Aganaga may soon be arrested over failure to pay debts amounting to  Ugx 100m.

While appearing for an interview Bad Character Records CEO noted that he entered a business deal with his colleagues the establish a shoe business outlet in Kampala and each member had to contribute towards the initial capital .

That since their starting capital wasn’t enough the group agreed to acquire a loan from bank,and they acquired to appoint Kalifa as their sole signatory.

Kalifa further said that they trusted one of the business partners who was more knowledgeable about goods importation and he was given the money to import shoes from China.

However ,when he went to China to do the importation ,he never returned back to Uganda up to now . Kalifah stressed that since then the colleagues have failed to trace his whereabouts and that he switched off all his phone numbers.

Aganaga disclosed that he is now under pressure from the bank to clear the loan he borrowed or else to be arrested yet he lack a reliable revenue source.
