Job Purpose:
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at True North Consult Ltd, you will lead the Finance team, drive financial strategy, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Your role will encompass financial planning, risk management, and strategic advising to support long-term growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial advisory to Management and the Board of Directors.
- Lead the Finance department, fostering a collaborative and effective team environment.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage financial reporting, compliance, and risk management.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial data and reporting.
- Optimize financial operations through technology and best practices.
- Manage external relationships with auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies.
Education & Training:
- Certified Accountant with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a senior finance management position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
- Master’s degree in Business Management or Finance/Accounting is advantageous.
Skills & Experience:
- Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Proven track record in managing financial risks and implementing controls.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial software.
- Experience in presenting financial information to senior stakeholders.

The Security Coordinator will oversee the security of offices and field activities for the EACOP project, liaising with communities and security forces to address concerns and ensure the safety of operations along the pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Manage security operations and contractor performance.
- Conduct Security Risk Assessments and develop Security Plans.
- Liaise with affected communities and security forces.
- Monitor compliance with national and international security standards.
- Provide security training and manage emergency responses.
Academic Qualifications:
- Higher National Diploma or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in MS Office required.
- 10 years of experience in corporate security, preferably in the oil & gas sector.
- Clean police record and valid driving license.
Profile:
- Self-directed with the ability to travel to remote areas.
- Military or law enforcement background is highly desirable.
