The Association of Refugees with Disability (ARD) is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Trainers for a new project aimed at empowering refugees with disabilities and their caregivers through skill development in tailoring and art & craft. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive training in either Tailoring or Art & Craft.
• Support the skills development of refugees with disabilities.
• Foster an inclusive and empowering learning environment.
• Ensure adherence to the training schedule and provide high-quality instruction.

Qualifications:

• Certificate in Tailoring, Art & Craft, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the respective field.
• Fluency in English and at least one local language (e.g., Kiswahili, Kinyarwanda).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
