Purpose: As a Digital Transformation Officer at BRAC Uganda Bank Ltd, you will drive the usage and implementation of digital channels to enhance customer engagement and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer engagement and promote the adoption of digital channels.
- Support and execute digital banking projects, including Mobile Banking, DFA, and Agent Banking.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends to keep product offerings competitive and customer-centric.
- Resolve customer complaints timely and in line with service standards.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience, including at least 1 year in customer service within banking or a related sector.
- Strong research, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle stress and work long hours.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports and stay updated on digital banking trends.
