Summary
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is seeking a skilled MEAL Officer for the URRI Programme, which focuses on enhancing climate resilience and promoting sustainable development in refugee and host communities. The role is integral to supporting the program’s MEAL strategy, implementation, and adherence to global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage MEAL strategies and workplans.
• Support quality program management through monitoring and evaluation.
• Implement and support MEAL frameworks, including data protection and ethical standards.
• Monitor results, support field data collection, and ensure data quality and security.
• Facilitate community feedback mechanisms and process complaints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social work, community development, or NGO sector.
• Experience with data collection tools and understanding of Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS).
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools.

Languages

• Excellent communication skills in English required.
