Western- based singer Muhairwe Reegan alias Ray G has faced a challenging ordeal during his performance at the Enkuuka event in Lubiri, Mengo.

Revellers disrupted his stage time by hurling bottles at him, possibly fueled by speculations tied to his recent clash with fellow artist Azawi in Mbarara.

Despite the bottle onslaught, Ray G maintained composure and continued his performance at the year-end event, which showcases musicians from across the country performing before the King of Buganda, Ronald Muwenda Mutebi.

The incident, captured in a video citied by our website, raises questions about the dynamics between central and western artists in Uganda’s music scene.

Stay tuned for updated here about the incident.
