Position Function:
As the Talent and Resourcing Manager at our bank, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent management strategy while serving as the primary contact person for all HR-related matters for the Business Development Team. Your responsibilities will include formulating HR talent and recruitment strategies, implementing talent management initiatives, and supporting the bank’s performance management framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate the HR talent and recruitment strategy in alignment with the overall business plan, focusing on best practices and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement a talent management strategy to attract, develop, reward, and retain top talent, ensuring our competitiveness in the marketplace.
- Drive HR engagement initiatives to foster a conducive working environment that motivates our staff.
- Support the implementation of a robust performance management framework consistent with the bank’s strategy.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development manager and line managers to implement relevant training and development programs for high-performing employees.
- Support the implementation of a competitive yet cost-efficient reward strategy to attract and retain competent employees.
- Maintain effective internal communication on talent and resourcing initiatives in line with HR best practices and labor laws.
- Work closely with the Business Development Team to align HR programs with functional business plans.
- Drive alignment of structural and manpower changes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Provide timely and efficient general HR services to support the business.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, Management, SWSA, or a related field.
- A postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of Generalist Human Resources Experience, preferably in banking.
- Knowledge and skills in recruitment & selection, talent management, and change management.
- Proficiency in performance management, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits.
- Familiarity with labor laws and relevant legislation.
- Industry and banking business awareness.
- Membership of a professional Human Resource body (e.g., HRMAU, CIPD).

- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective negotiation, organization, and decision-making skills.
- Networking skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
