Overview:
Balaji Group A Ltd is seeking three skilled Automotive Mechanics to join our team. The successful candidates will manage our company workshops in Kawanda, Kapeeka, and Hoima. The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of trucks and tractors to ensure their maximum reliability and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of company trucks and tractors.
- Accurately diagnose and address mechanical and electrical issues.
- Maintain detailed work logs for repairs and maintenance.
- Implement and manage periodic maintenance schedules.
- Prepare maintenance and repair reports for the fleet manager.
- Manage records for relevant spare parts.
- Provide consultation on maintenance and preventative measures to vehicle users.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Higher or Ordinary Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive option).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent physical condition.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in trucks and tractors.
- Understanding of safety precautions in the working process.
