Outspoken Ugandan TikToker Pressure 24/7, real name Ibrahim Musana, has called on police to handle any future arrests involving him more professionally, alleging that officers caused unnecessary scenes and mistreated him during his latest arrest.
In a video message directed at police, Musana said he is willing to cooperate with authorities and even offered to report to a police station voluntarily if officers contact him by phone.
“Next time you come to arrest me, come and arrest me properly. Stop causing scenes and drama because I am a king. Don’t ever beat me or touch my testicles while arresting me. You can even call me on the phone and I will bring myself to the police station,” he said.
Musana did not provide further details in the video about when or where the alleged mistreatment occurred. His claims have also not been independently established.
The TikToker is known for outspoken and often controversial social-media content and has previously faced legal proceedings over posts allegedly targeting prominent Ugandan figures.
Among those named in previous cases involving his social-media content are President Yoweri Museveni, Buganda Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II and Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba.
Musana has denied the allegations against him in court.
His latest comments come amid renewed attention to his encounters with law enforcement, with the TikToker insisting that any future arrest should be conducted without what he describes as unnecessary drama or physical mistreatment.
