Fangone Forest Entertainment singer Alien Skin has taken a sarcastic swipe at his landlord following reports that he owes Shs36 million in unpaid rent and water bills.

In a satirical letter dated October 30, 2026, the singer, popularly known as the “Mafia Boss,” mocked landlords, arguing that being a landlord is not a job and suggesting that tenants should not be constantly pressured over payments.

His response comes days after his landlord, Katureebe Isaac, reportedly issued him a 30-day notice demanding payment of the alleged arrears or vacation of the property in Ssempa Zone, Makindye.

Landlord Demands Shs36 Million

According to a notice dated October 26, Katureebe claims Alien Skin has accumulated 12 months of unpaid rent amounting to Shs27 million, alongside Shs9 million in outstanding water bills.

The landlord reportedly gave the singer until November 26, 2026, to clear the alleged debt in full or vacate the premises.

Alien Skin’s latest post has added a fresh twist to the dispute, with the singer choosing sarcasm rather than a direct response to the payment demands.

It remains unclear whether he intends to settle the alleged arrears before the deadline or challenge the landlord’s demands.
