Ugandan internet sensation Tenge Tenge born Saad Ssozi has officially embarked on a new chapter in his career after entering into multiple deals with Black Market Records, a record label based in Sacramento, USA with operations in Kampala.
The record label announced the development, describing the talented young star as “the most famous kid in Africa” and expressing excitement about working with him to take his career to greater heights.
“Having signed multiple deals with Black Market Records, the talented and most famous kid in Africa, Tenge Tenge has officially started a brand new chapter with us, to build his career to greater heights. Cheers to a new beginning,” the label announced.

The development comes months after singer Bruno K raised concerns over the copyrighting of a song associated with Tenge Tenge, questioning how the rights to the song were handled Bruno K’s remarks sparked a public debate over ownership and copyright, although Tenge Tenge’s management and family were not reported to have publicly contested the arrangement at the time.
With the latest deal, attention now turns to what the new partnership between Tenge Tenge and Black Market Records will mean for the young star’s growing music career.
