A tragic incident has left residents of Luweero District in shock after former councillor Ronald Ganaafa, 52, reportedly collapsed and died shortly after learning that he had lost the Kidula Village Chairperson election.
According to reports, Ganaafa suffered the fatal incident moments after the announcement of the election results, leaving the local community mourning the sudden loss.
