Ugandan singer Gloria Bugie has apologised to her fans after facing intense backlash over remarks she made about fellow musician and media personality Crysto Panda during their ongoing feud.
Bugie came under fire after dragging Panda’s late parents and the loss of his child into the bitter online exchange, with many fans accusing her of going too far.
The latest clash reportedly started after Bugie offered to teach Panda how to sing while questioning his musical abilities. Panda responded by referencing Bugie’s past nude video controversy, prompting the singer to fire back with a series of personal remarks.
Bugie reportedly called Panda an orphan, referenced the death of his child and described him as mediocre, while warning that karma would catch up with him.
The comments triggered widespread criticism, forcing Bugie to delete the post and apologise. She said she regretted disappointing her fans while explaining that she had also endured repeated attacks against her career and family.
However, some fans have argued that her frustrations did not justify bringing painful personal losses into the dispute, with calls for her to directly apologise to Panda.
The two artistes have been trading insults for years, dating back to when Panda reportedly criticised Bugie’s singing abilities during his time on radio.
Whether Crysto Panda will accept Bugie’s apology remains unclear as their latest celebrity beef continues to attract attention online.
