The mystery surrounding the biological children of legendary Kadongo Kamu singer Prince Job Paul Kafeero has finally been laid to rest after government forensic DNA tests confirmed four individuals as his biological heirs. Here we give you all we know about the four.
The findings, announced at Police Headquarters in Naguru on June 25, 2026, followed months of investigations and the exhumation of Kafeero’s remains to settle a long-running inheritance dispute that has divided family members for years.
With dozens of people previously claiming to be the singer’s children, the DNA results narrowed the list down to four confirmed heirs.
Thomas Kafeero Schwarzenegger (Swarz Kafeero)
Among the most recognizable names on the list is Thomas Kafeero Schwarzenegger, popularly known as Swarz Kafeero.
Born around 1993, Swarz was only 14 years old when his father passed away in 2007. He has since followed in Kafeero’s footsteps by pursuing a music career, with many fans noting similarities between his voice and that of the late Kadongo Kamu icon.
Beyond music, Swarz has played a major role in family affairs and has been actively involved in disputes concerning Kafeero’s properties and legacy.
In January 2025, he was officially appointed as one of the administrators of Kafeero’s estate.

Simon Peter Kafeero
Simon Peter Kafeero is believed to be the eldest of the four confirmed children.
Born in 1989 in Mbiko, Mukono District, Simon has also ventured into music and has previously released songs, including Ensi Bwetyo.
Although he has largely stayed away from the public battles surrounding the estate, he remains one of the legally recognized heirs of the late singer.

Benedict Kafeero (Dube)
Benedict Kafeero, also known as Dube Kafeero, was born in 1994.
Compared to some of the other heirs, Benedict has maintained a relatively low public profile and has rarely featured in media discussions surrounding the inheritance dispute.
Despite staying away from the spotlight, the DNA results have now officially confirmed his biological relationship to the late musician.
Elizabeth Nagawa Kafeero
Elizabeth Nagawa Kafeero is another key figure in the family and estate management structure.
Born in 1990, Nagawa has been at the center of efforts to preserve Kafeero’s legacy and oversee family property matters.
Together with Thomas Kafeero Schwarzenegger, she was granted letters of administration over Kafeero’s estate in January 2025.
Her involvement in protecting the singer’s legacy has made her one of the most visible family members throughout the inheritance process.

End Of A Long Family Battle
The latest government DNA findings reaffirm earlier testing that had also identified the same four individuals as Prince Job Paul Kafeero’s biological children.
While the results are expected to settle major questions regarding inheritance rights, family disagreements over property management and the singer’s legacy may continue.
For many fans, however, the focus remains on preserving the legacy of one of Uganda’s greatest Kadongo Kamu legends whose music continues to inspire generations nearly two decades after his death.
