“Never Scrap Off My Tattoos After My Death, I’ll Explain to my God After Burial”- Rahma Pinky Begs

Ugandan singer Rahmah Pinky has sparked conversation after speaking against the practice of removing tattoos from a Muslim’s body before burial.

Pinky, who has more than 12 tattoos, said she does not want anyone removing hers when she dies, insisting that she will personally answer to Allah for the choices she made during her lifetime.

“These things Muslims say that they scrap off your tattoos when you die, don’t you dare remove mine. Leave them and I’ll face Allah and answer myself,” Pinky said.

The singer also defended her decision to get tattoos, explaining that each one carries a personal meaning.

Among the tattoos she showed was a cracked egg, which she said represents how delicate she is.

Pinky maintained that her tattoos are personal choices and that she does not owe anyone an explanation for having them.
