The name Queen Juliet K. Mujungu Akiiki has suddenly emerged on social media amid growing speculation about the son and possible heir of the late Omukama Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IVbut not everyone truly knows who she is as we try to break down everything.
Recent posts, particularly on X, have shown a woman identified as Juliet Mujungu Akiiki alongside a young boy being referred to online as Prince Divans Jacksonville Amooti. Some users have claimed that the boy is King Oyo’s son.
The posts have also led to speculation about Juliet’s connection to the late Tooro monarch, with some social media users referring to her as a queen.

However, Tooro Kingdom has not officially confirmed Juliet K. Mujungu Akiiki as King Oyo’s wife, queen or consort.
Following King Oyo’s death on August 27, 2026, the kingdom announced that the late monarch had left behind a prince whose identity would be revealed according to Tooro traditions and customs.
So far, however, the kingdom has not publicly named the prince or identified his mother.
The mystery surrounding the young boy and the woman appearing alongside him has therefore fueled intense discussion online as Tooro prepares for the next chapter following the death of its long-serving monarch.
It is also important not to confuse Juliet K. Mujungu Akiiki with Jennifer K. Mujungu, the Ntoroko District Woman MP and a documented cousin of the late King Oyo.
For now, the identity of King Oyo’s officially recognised heir and the status of the woman social media users are calling Queen Juliet remains a matter awaiting clarification from the Tooro Kingdom and the Babiito royal clan.
